1991

The initial office was established in Prague, Czech Republic, and the first office buildings were completed.

1996

The decision was made to enlarge operations in Poland and an office was established in Warsaw.

2004

Karimpol Group started the development of a logistics park near Bratislava. Another office was set up in Slovakia.

2005-2019

Development of Bratislava Logistic Park – 4 warehouse halls in Slovakia.

2006-2018

Phased development of the Equator I–IV office complex along Aleje Jerozolimskie in Warsaw, Poland

2007

Karimpol enhanced its activities in logistics and started the development of a flexible, state of the art logistics centre in the North of Vienna, Austria.

2017

Start of construction of the Skyliner office building in Warsaw – the largest project in the group’s portfolio.

2021

Skyliner office building in Warsaw receives occupancy permit.

2022

Launch of the Squarebizz project in Slovakia – modern flexible sales-storage spaces with offices and exhibition spaces.

2024

Start of construction of the second stage of the Skyliner office complex in Warsaw. In total, the complex will have 73,000 sq m of leasable space.
